Position Summary:
Our growing organization is seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Architect with Oracle Analytics expertise to join our IT Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing data systems and solutions, ensuring data integration, establishing data standards, and supporting the BI team to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or Cloud (OAC)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with ETL tools (such as ODI, Talend, Informatica, or SSIS) and data integration/transformation
• Proficiency with data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, normalization techniques)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as OAS, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with AI and ML highly desired
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
